طراحی مدل عوامل موثر بر تفکر انتقادی در حسابرسان
چکیده
هدف: با توجه به پیچیدگی روزافزون محیط کسبوکار، برخورداری حسابرسان از مهارت تفکر انتقادی برای ارایه گزارشهای باکیفیت و قابلاتکا ضروری است. ازآنجاکه پژوهشهای پیشین مدل جامعی از عوامل موثر بر تفکر انتقادی حسابرسان ارایه نکردهاند، این پژوهش با هدف ارایه مدل چندلایهای عوامل موثر بر تفکر انتقادی حسابرسان انجام شد.
روششناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی–توسعهای و از نظر روش، کیفی است. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 17 نفر از خبرگان دیوان محاسبات کشور که با روشهای نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند، گردآوری و با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها منجر به استخراج 71 کد نهایی، 10 مفهوم فرعی، 7 مفهوم اصلی و 3 مقوله شد. عوامل موثر بر تفکر انتقادی حسابرسان در سه مقوله اصلی شامل عوامل فردی (ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی، روانشناختی و ذهنی)، عوامل زمینهای (محیط خانواده و محیط آموزشی) و عوامل محیط شغلی (محیط شغلی نزدیک و محیط شغلی دور) طبقهبندی شدند.
اصالت/ارزشافزوده علمی: این پژوهش با ارایه یک مدل چندلایهای از عوامل موثر بر تفکر انتقادی حسابرسان، درک جامعتری از ابعاد فردی، زمینهای و شغلی موثر بر این مهارت فراهم کرده و میتواند مبنایی برای طراحی برنامههای آموزشی، توسعه حرفهای و ارتقای کیفیت حسابرسی در نهادهای نظارتی و حرفهای باشد.
